White Rose Drainage is run by Mark, who has spent 40 years in plumbing and drainage and lives in Wetherby. Most of those years have been spent underneath somebody's drive.
How we work
Drainage attracts a certain amount of guesswork. A drain blocks, someone rods it, it blocks again a few months later, and nobody is any the wiser. We would rather do the job properly the first time.
Sometimes that turns out to be a bigger job than anyone hoped. Fairly often it turns out to be a smaller one. Neither is knowable from the kerb, which is exactly why the work is charged by the hour rather than guessed at in advance.
How the charging works. A person answers the phone, at any hour. There is no call-out charge and nothing on the clock until we are on your drive. From that point there is one hourly rate covering everything, for the time the work takes.

Quality of workmanship is the thing he cares about. Not the quickest patch that gets the van moving again, but the repair that means you do not ring anybody about that drain for a very long time.
