This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from anyone else. We do not track you, and there is nothing here to consent to.
If you ring or email us
We keep what you tell us so that we can do the work: your name, how to contact you, the address of the job, and notes on what was found and done. We keep survey footage and photographs of work we have carried out.
We keep job records for as long as we need them for accounting and for any warranty on work we have done, and no longer.
We do not share it
We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing. We will share information only where we have to, for example with an insurer or a water company when you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring us on 0113 418 2819 or email info@whiterosedrainage.co.uk and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
